PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of the conventional method and apparatus for separating a mixed solution consisting of two components that the recovery efficiency of the generated mist is extremely poor since the generated mist is hardly introduced into a thin tube connected to a vessel even when air is sent and is apt to be stuck to the periphery of the thin tube or the upper part of the vessel. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator 3 is arranged in the mixed solution 2 consisting of two components put in the vessel 1 and connected to an oscillator 4. A plate-like negative electrode 5 is also arranged in the solution 2 at the bottom of the vessel 1 and connected to a negative terminal of a power source 6. A collecting electrode 7 is arranged aslant above the solution 2 in the upper part of the vibrator 3 and grounded. A collecting tray 8 is arranged in the lower part of the electrode 7. A blower 9 is fit to the upper part of the vessel 1.
