PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine prize-winning device having a light emitting means which enhances the interest of a game player on a game board and raises amusement property and also to provide a game machine using the device. SOLUTION: A gap formed between a pair of rotary members 10 is adopted as a prize-winning port 7 for game balls and the pair of rotary members are mutually and correlatively displaced so as to allow the prize-winning port 7 to be at least two opening states, i.e., the first opening state where the game balls enter one by one and the second opening state where the port is opened larger compared with the first state. Two pair of LED elements 5 are respectively arranged behind the rotary members 10 in response to the first and second opening states when viewed from the rotary axial direction of the pair of rotary members 10.
