PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second grain treatment apparatus with which dust is not discharged to the outside of a machine even in rachis-branch treatment of second returns, rachis-branch treatment having high removal ratio is carried out and second returns are dispersed and supplied to a shaking separation apparatus. SOLUTION: This second grain treatment apparatus has constitution that the end of a treatment part (32) perpendicular to a second return cylinder (5) is made to face the lower part of a receiving net (30), threshed down materials are supplied from an opening (18) attached to the upper part of the end of a treatment case (11), subjected to rachis-branch removal while being joined to returns transferred at the front of the treatment part (32), released in the axial flow direction from an outlet (15) opposed to a spring-out vane (19) arranged at the end and dispersed and supplied to a shaking separation body (3).
