PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a manual clutch lever which can be operated by an operator got off a farm implement, whereby the balk-crossing travel of the farm implement can easily be carried out. SOLUTION: A manual clutch lever 50 which can be operated by an operator got off the farm implement and is swung in the longitudinal direction of the machine frame to operate the travel or stop of the implement main body 16 is disposed in front of the bonnet 18 of a sulky rice transplanter 10. When the manual clutch lever 50 is forward swung from the machine frame, the clutch is disengaged, and the braking of a parking brake is released in interlock with the disengaging operation of the clutch, and the machine frame can travel with the power of an engine 20. The manual clutch lever 50 is energized by the energizing pressure of a spring 90 in an automatically returnable state. When a hand is separated from the manual clutch lever 50, the parking brake is immediately operated.
