PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull operation mechanism for an endoscope, which can finely adjust the moving amount of a wire with respect to the unit rotating angle of a turn knob. SOLUTION: In the pull operation mechanism for the endoscope, in which an operating wire coupled to a movable element on the top end of the intra-body inserting part of an endoscope is moved in the direction of the length by turning the turn knob provided on the operating part of the endoscope, an operating part 1b of the endoscope has an intermediate lever 11 pivotally attached in a position different from the turning center axis of the turn knob 2, a long groove 11a formed on the intermediate lever 11 radially from the turning center and a link 7 pivotally attaching one end in the eccentric position of the turn knob 2, any one of the other end of the link 7 and an operating wire 3o is pivotally attached on the free end of the intermediate lever 11 and the other is supported in the long groove 11a to adjust the position in the radial direction.
