<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store facsimile data received from plural transmission source facsimile devices while distributing them according to preset classes such as for each section or individual and to shorten retrieval time when extracting these stored facsimile data. SOLUTION: Inside a facsimile server computer, a parameter table 121 presets the relation of correspondence between the storage destination information of received facsimile data based on the predetermined classification and the facsimile number of the transmission source and when the facsimile data are received from any one of plural facsimile devices, this parameter table 121 is retrieved by transmission facsimile numbers 1 to 3 included in the header part of these received facsimile data. Then, the storage destination information corresponding to the transmission source facsimile numbers 1 to 3 is acquired, and the received facsimile data are stored in the storage area shown by that storage destination information.</p> |
