APPARATUS FOR SORTING UNDERWATER CONSTRUCTION WASTE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting underwater construction waste is provided to increase the quality of a reclaimed aggregate, save water for washing and make the maintenance of a bearing easier. CONSTITUTION: A water tank(50) with a wide top and a narrow bottom stores a construction waste(40) input to the top portion by a waste supply conveyer(30). A bucket elevator(60) is mounted diagonally from the underwater of the water tank(50) to the water surface for lifting an aggregate(42) in the construction waste(40) above the water surface(52). A casing(62) guides the aggregate(42) dropping from the bucket elevator(60) to an aggregate feeding conveyer(32). A brush conveyer(70) brushes floating materials(44) floating on the water surface(52) to a discharge conveyer(34) outside the water tank(50). An overflow chute(54) receives a washing water(W) overflowing from the water tank(50). A sedimentation tank(80) receives the washing water(W) dropping from the overflow chute(54) to supply it to the water tank(50). A circulation pump(82) forcedly feeds the washing water(W) from the sedimentation tank(80) to the water tank(50).
