<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface mounting type quartz vibrator capable of maintaining stable oscillation characteristics without allowing an airtight area where a crystal resonator is housed and a cavity part where a control circuit is mounted to leak. SOLUTION: This oscillator mounts a quartz vibrator 2 on the surface of a container body 1 arranging a frame-shaped leg part 9 forming a cavity part 10 on the bottom surface of a multilayer substrate 8 constructed by laminating plural ceramics insulation layers 1a and 1b, houses an IC chip 3 in the cavity part 10 and also, is formed by via hole conductors 25 and 26, via hole conductors 27 and 28 which are led-through at different positions than the conductors 25 and 26 and internal wiring patterns 29 and 30 conducting both the via hole conductors 25 and 26, and 27 and 28 in the multilayer substrate 8.</p> |
