<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a better record of seismic waves by eliminating increase in a nose level caused by enhancing the sensitivity of a seismograph in the development of technology for measuring and analyzing crust distortions and seismic waves, the excavation of underground wells for the installation of seismographs, the installation of seismographs, and the accumulation of seismic observation. SOLUTION: By providing a seismic isolator for a casing for the installation of a seismograph, noise is buffered and cut off to improve and develop a more accurate seismic-wave measuring technology.</p> |
