PURPOSE:To obtain a stable sheet heating element by eliminating the deflection of a resistance value and that of sheet thickness by setting the relation between the temp. of the central part in the lateral direction of a T-die and that of the end part thereof and the relation between the lip gap of the central part in the lateral direction of the T-die and that of the end part thereof to specific values to perform molding. CONSTITUTION:When a conductive sheet consisting of 30-90wt.% of a crystalline thermoplastic resin and 70-10wt.% of conductive particles is molded, the relation between the temp. Tc t of the central part in the lateral direction of a T-die and the temp. TE deg.C of the end part thereof is set to phi0.6>=(TE--TC)/(TC)>=0.02 and the relation between the lip gap LC of the central part in the lateral direction of the T-die and the lip gap L of the end part thereof is set to phi2.3>=(LE-LC)/(LC)>=0.03. The crystalline thermoplastic resin is a polyolefinic resin or a polyamide resin and the conductive particles are carbon black particles or graphite particles. |
