APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING EXCESSIVE FALLEN ORE

PURPOSE: An adjustor of excessive fallen ores is provided to prevent the overload of a belt by the excessive fallen ores with an apparatus to automatically adjust the carrying amount according to the amount of the fallen ores. CONSTITUTION: The one side of a housing portion is connected and supported in a hopper(101) to be rotatable and the other side is supported on a rail of a fallen ore guiding plate(104) through moving wheels. Triangle plate portions are arranged inside the housing portion at regular intervals and adjust the interval between a pair of plates within a limited range by springs of a tension supporting portion. The plates are connected each other by a connecting pin to be rotatable. Fallen ores are piled on the triangle plate portions when the fallen ores are excessively generated from a bucket of an unloader. The springs are shrunken by the weight of the fallen ores. The fallen ores are dropped to a belt conveyor little by little by automatically adjusting the gap between the triangle plates. Thereby, the overload of the belt conveyor is prevented.
