PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a mold by molten metal spraying is provided to manufacture varieties of molds such as injection mold, blow mold, die casting mold and rotational molding mold promptly at low cost, and a mold manufactured by the manufacturing method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises first step (1) of coating a wooden pattern with ceramic used as a separating agent; second step (2) of hardening the coated separating agent; third step (3) of melting ferrous metal having high melting point such as cast iron, steel, etc. to be used as the mold using an automatic arc welding machine or melting furnace; fourth step (4) of spraying the molten metal onto the wooden pattern; and fifth step (5) of completing the mold by separating a formed mold from the wooden pattern, wherein the coated ceramic is hardened after coating the ceramic (13) on the surface of the wooden pattern (11) for producing a mold of ferrous metal having high melting point such as cast iron, steel, etc., wherein the molten metal is obtained by generating electricity arc using the automatic arc welding machine, wherein atomized molten metal is coated on the wooden pattern (11) by blowing high pressure air into molten metal, and wherein a completed mold (51) is put into a support (52) of rigid body so that the mold is fixed therein, and a plurality of one touch locking devices (52d) are installed between the mold (51) and corresponding mold (53) so that a molded article is easily separated from the molds (51,53).
