PURPOSE: A freight frame transfer device for a bus is provided to control speed easily by having a speed adjusting unit on both sides and by transferring a freight frame with a pneumatic pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device of a freight frame for a bus comprises a freight frame(20) installed on the interior of the freight chamber for receiving or withdrawing; a pneumatic cylinder(50) mounted on the lower part of the freight frame to move lengthwise; and a speed adjusting unit(40) controlling transfer speed of the freight frame with elasticity of elastic springs. The speed adjusting unit is composed of a pair of guides(41) having a pair of elastic springs within, and an operation unit(21) formed to the freight frame to slide along the guide between elastic springs.
