PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a glove through wet processing which includes three dipping works, bubble friction in a underwater bath and drying so that it improves elasticity of the glove and eliminates chemicals stained on the surface. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the glove through wet processing comprises the steps of: (i) supplying the glove weaved from nylon to a mold; (ii) checking attachment state of the glove; (iii) firstly dipping the mold in a first liquid bath for 5 seconds; (iv) secondly dipping the mold in a second liquid bath for 4 seconds; (v) thirdly dipping the mold in a third liquid bath for 3 seconds; (vi) drying the mold at a first floor, washing at a second floor and moving to a third floor; (vii) drying the surface of the glove by hot wind and drying the mold again at a fourth floor; (viii) releasing heat from the glove using an air curtain and a pen; and (ix) recovering the glove from the mold. |
