PURPOSE: Provided is an exhaust valve device with voice transfer function included for a gas mask which enables to talk each other with wearing the gas mask so that it helps to prevent human body from noxious gases in emergency effectively. CONSTITUTION: The exhaust valve with voice transfer function included for the gas mask comprises the parts of: an exhaust valve body(20) which includes plural penetration holes(24,25); a cover(30) which is bound with rear side of the exhaust valve body with forming plural penetration holes(35) at a rear sheet(34); a rubber-made exhaust film(40) wherein front side of an upper conic part(42) is contacted to inner side of the cover; a voice transfer box(70) which is placed at front cylindrical part of the exhaust film; and a guide member(50) which fixes the exhaust film and the voice transfer box to secure an exhaust passage(A) in the exhaust valve body and the cover.
