STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING ERRONEOUS OPERATION OF THERMAL OVERLOAD RELAY

PURPOSE: A structure for preventing an erroneous operation of a thermal overload relay is provided to prevent the erroneous operation of an equipment by supporting a temperature compensating bimetal and a plate spring when an impact and a vibration are applied to the equipment. CONSTITUTION: A disengaging lever(8) is provided within an auxiliary case. A floating prevention projection(100) is formed on an upper of the disengaging lever(8) in a rectangular shape. A floating prevention recess(200) is formed on an upper of a temperature compensating bimetal(7) and inserted into the floating prevention projection(100). In cases the floating prevention recess(200) has been inserted into the floating prevention projection(100), a ring fixing flap(300) is coupled to an upper of the coupled body of the floating prevention recess(200) and the floating prevention projection(100) to support the temperature compensating bimetal(7).
