PURPOSE: A tire breaker for a vehicle and antiknock arrangement are provided to continue traveling by restricting the sharp object from penetrating the tire, supporting the tire with a reinforcing bearing loop and preventing the wheel rim from being separated from the outer tire. CONSTITUTION: A tire breaker is composed of an outer tire(100), and a reinforcing bearing loop. The outer tire includes a middle layer of the breaker made of flexible woven fabric, two inner ribs(101) and two outer ribs(103) extended symmetrically along both ends, plural steel ropes(102) inserted to the inner rib for reinforcing the structure, and mounting holes(101a) arranged in the inner ribs. The reinforcing bearing loop supports the flat tire for continuing traveling, and has plural reinforcing bearing units continuously connected to the outer tire.
