PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably inform a section chief engineer of an abnormality in electrical facilities, and to properly provide a prompt report and a detailed report regarding a fault in the electrical facilities. SOLUTION: An electrical facility monitoring terminal 11 inputs the state signal of electrical facilities by a specific cycle for storing it as history data. Additionally, the electrical facility monitoring terminal monitors the abnormality and recovery of the electrical facilities, and stores the before-and after data of a process signal monitored at the abnormality and the before-and-after data of a related process signal regarding the monitored process signal as needed as facility-monitoring data. Then the facility-monitoring data are sent to a monitoring computer 13. Therefore, a client terminal 14 can read the facility monitoring data from the electrical facility monitoring terminal 11 even if troubles occur in the monitoring computer 13. In addition, the cause of the abnormality can be analyzed readily according to the before-and-after data of the process signal monitored at the abnormality.
