PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new-type magnetizing device capable of magnetizing a cylindrical permanent magnet with a high peak value of a flux density distribution at the surface of the magnet. SOLUTION: This magnetizing device magnetizes the cylindrical permanent magnet material consisting of magnetizing coil and a magnetizing yoke. In this magnetizing device, a shaft is provided in the cylinder of the cylindrical permanent magnet material and is formed out of a member with lower permeability as it goes from a central section to an outer-periphery section thereof. |
