PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label that does not cause peeling due to rising even when stuck on the three-dimensional curved surface of a body to be labeled. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer is disposed on the rear side face of a nearly quadrilateral substrate, each side of which has an inwardly concave line having a curvature nearly equal to that of the curved surface of a body to be labeled.
