PURPOSE: A manual remote valve switch is provided to easily operate a manual hydraulic pump by uniformly giving the necessary hydraulic pressure for the switching of a valve, to easily install a narrow space of a ship by reducing the stroke distance of a two-way piston and to improve the durability by sealing an assembling gap between an inner circumference of a cylinder hole and an outer circumference of a piston through an oil film of hydraulic oil. CONSTITUTION: An interlocking member of an actuator(2) comprises a rack in the center of a two-way piston and a pinion to be driven by installing in the end of a valve shaft(12) and gearing with the rack. The assembling gap between the inner circumference of the cylinder hole in a cylinder block and the outer circumference of the piston in the cylinder hole is formed within 0.01 - 0.015mm. Thereby, the gap between a cylinder hole and a piston is sealed by an oil film of hydraulic oil. Thereby, a manual hydraulic pump is operated easily.
