PURPOSE: A method for notifying data backup and an alarm in a network management system is provided to confirm alarm states of network elements through a mobile communication terminal at a long distance. CONSTITUTION: An operator registers a schedule work through a user interface of a client, so that a scheduler server stores the received schedule work request at a database(S305,S310). The scheduler server reads the schedule work from the database for setting the schedule work at a memory(S320). The scheduler server reads the scheduler work from the memory for judging whether an execution time of the corresponding schedule work arrives(S330,S340). If so, the scheduler server executes the scheduled work according to the scheduler work read from the memory(S350-S370).
