PURPOSE: A lumber support device of a vehicle is provided to operate easily the lumber support and to make a comfort driving pose by changing automatically a lumber support plate with displacement of a spring to be wound and unwound according to a tilting angle of a seat back. CONSTITUTION: A lumber support device of a vehicle comprises a guide bracket(11), a moving shaft(12), a lumber support plate(13), a fixing shaft(14), a roller(15), a string fixing shaft(16), a string(17) and a tension spring. The guide bracket is fixed to both sides of a seat back frame(23). A guide hole is formed to the guide bracket. The moving shaft is inserted to the guide bracket and moved up and down along the guide hole. The lumber support plate supports a lumber by being connected to a lower portion of the moving shaft integrally. The fixing shaft and the roller are fixed to an upper fixing piece(32) of a recliner(30) by being fixed to a lower end of the lumber support plate integrally. The string fixing shaft is mounted to one side of a connecting shaft(33) in parallel. The string is fixed to the moving shaft on one end and to the string fixing shaft on the other end. The string is extended along an outer peripheral surface of the connecting shaft. The string is curved along the roller of the upper fixing piece. The tension spring is supported elastically to move the moving shaft toward an upper side in the guide hole. Thereby, an operation of the lumber support device is easy and a comfort driving pose are supplied.
