PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a liquid crystal display device is provided to easily confirm the normality of a COG bonding process by detecting signals from data drive ICs or gate drive ICs. CONSTITUTION: A timing control part(100) receives video signals and control signals for generating digital signals for driving a liquid crystal display device and providing the generated digital signals to a COG(Chip On Glass) type liquid crystal display device(200). The COG type liquid crystal display device is formed of first and second gate drive ICs(210,220) outputting scan signals, and first and second data drives(230,240) outputting video signals. A detecting part(300) receives one output signal from an output of the first data drive IC and another output signal from an output of the second data drive IC, so that the detecting part outputs a detecting signal related to inferiority of a COG process.
