<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility maintenance method with which valid consulting data can be generated from measured data in maintenance check or abnormality occurrence with respect to equipment to be monitored, and the consulting data can be provided to a user. SOLUTION: This facility maintenance method comprises a step for urging the input of performance identification information including the rating of equipment to be monitored, a step for receiving the equipment state data of the equipment to be monitored, and a step for acquiring the basic performance data of the equipment to be monitored by referring to an equipment data base based on the inputted performance identification information, and for calculating the predicted value of variables associated with the function deterioration of the equipment to be monitored based on the basic performance data and the received equipment state data, and for generating predicted data corresponding to the calculated predicted value. In the step for generating the predicted data, insulating performance deterioration is calculated based on the basic performance data with respect to the equipment to be monitored and the received equipment state data, and the check period prediction data of the equipment to be monitored are generated based on the calculated value and the basic performance data.</p> |
