<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system controller having a knowledge data base for recording data obtained by excluding any excess processing from the past failure handling history as a scenario for automatically performing the scenario when the same failure occurs later and its automatic handling method. SOLUTION: When constructing a knowledge data base for the system controller, handling performed to a system to be controlled for a prescribed purpose among the operations of an operator in the system controller is time-sequentially arranged by handling units, and recorded as handling history data. Then, any overlapped handling and handling unsuitable for the prescribed purpose is removed from the recorded handling history data, and the residual handling history data are recorded as the operation procedure for achieving the prescribed purpose.</p> |
