PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield of heated objects, and also, to avoid defective products measuring inner temperature correctly. SOLUTION: An electrode 18 is provided at both ends in a longitudinal direction of a first and a second heater boards 15, 16, the electrode 18 in an L-shape having thick terminal parts 18a provided at both end parts of the heater boards 15, 16, and surface layer terminal parts 18b formed integrally with the thick terminal parts 18a along a longitudinal direction to the surface layer parts of both end sides of the heater boards 15, 16, and electricity is turned on by the heater boards 15, 16 contacting each other. On heating, when the first and the second heater boards 15, 16 are piled on each other, they are fixed by a first and a second sustaining electrodes.
