PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web access log collecting system capable of outputting parameters inputted by users onto an access log irrespective of a difference between telegraphic message processing methods. SOLUTION: This Web access log collecting system comprises a telegraphic message acquiring means S10 for acquiring a requested telegraphic message transmitted from a Web browser to a Web server, a telegraphic message processing method identification means S11 for identifying the type of the telegraphic message processing method contained in the acquired requested telegraphic message, a first access log preparation means S13 for preparing an access log based on the header part of the requested telegraphic message when the type of the processing is identified to be a first telegraphic message processing method a second access log preparation means S14 for preparing an access log of the same type as the access log prepared by the first access log preparation means based on the parameters of the body part and the header part of the telegraphic message when the type of the processing is identified to be a second telegraphic message processing method, an access log storage means S15 for storing the prepared access log, and an access log output means S16 for outputting the access log.
