The bicycle frame is composed of three parts, an arch (1) connecting the handlebar (16) to a rear wheel (21), a shaft (2) connecting the saddle to the pedal gear and a lever (3) which can move in the vertical plane and a telescopic fork (4). The pedal gear (8), fixed on the shaft, is supported by a shroud (9) constituted by a front extensible part (5) and a rear rigid part (6).
