PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reproducing a process cartridge constituted so that toner may not leak out at a transport even though a toner seal is not repaired for restoration. SOLUTION: A developing roller not-illustrated in Figure and a developing blade 9d are detached from a developing frame body 12. A thin sheet-like material is stuck to an original elastic sealing member 12s. A reinforcing member 12s5 having an L-shaped cross section is stuck to a mandible stepped part 12h2. The length of the reinforcing member 12s5 is set so that it can be put in between both end parts of a 1st auxiliary sealing member 12s3. A 2nd auxiliary sealing member 12s4 is stuck to the developing frame body 12 so that the 1st auxiliary sealing member 12s3 originally arranged in the corner of the mandible part 12h and the magnetic sealing member 12s1 may come into contact with two right-angled side faces. The elastic sealing member 12s2 wider than the original sealing member is stuck to the surface 12h1 instead of the original sealing member. Thereafter, the developing blade 9d is attached to the developing frame body 12 after turning over the blade 9d, and then, the developing roller is attached to the frame body 12. |
