PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillatory type actuator capable of improving uneven wear in a frictional contact of the oscillatory type actuator. SOLUTION: The oscillatory actuator is gradually accelerated to be driven at a prescribed speed. After the driving at the prescribed speed against stationary operation for stopping by gradual deceleration (STEP4), a driving power supply is turned off for rapid deceleration (STEP6), and a wear amount in the frictional contact between the oscillator and a movable body is increased, thus improving uneven wear. |
