PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which can be made thicker and given more rigidity as compared with one of which concave parts at a sealing part are formed along a hypothetical wavy line. SOLUTION: The grommet 1 is provided with a grommet main part 12 taking the shape of a pipe and a flange part 13 part fitted at its base end. Sealing convexes 15 are formed on the outer periphery of a base end of the grommet main part 12. A plurality of inner periphery side convex parts 16 and a plurality of inner periphery concave parts 17 are alternately formed on the inner periphery face of an insertion hole 12a at the tip end side of the grommet main part 12. Each inner periphery side convex part 16 is formed along a hill part Y of a hypothetical sine curve line S extended toward an axis line O and each inner periphery side concave part 17 is formed so as to be positioned to the axis line O side from a dale part T of the hypothetical sine curve line S. With this, the grommet 11 can be made thicker and of higher rigidity at the inner periphery side concave parts 17, as compared with one, of which each inner periphery side concave part is formed along the dale part T of the hypothetical sine curve line S. |
