PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who enter an unspecified karaoke providing place among karaoke providing places operated in different areas to have his or her list of favorite songs to be sung displayed on a music selection remote controller and select and reserve a song in it to a karaoke playing device. SOLUTION: The system comprises many karaoke playing devices which are scattered in respective places, many music selection remote controllers which are used in the operation places of these karaoke playing devices, and a karaoke convenience providing device which communicates with the music selection remote controllers individually through an information communication network. Each music selection remote controller is equipped with a means of obtaining user's identification information, a means of sending the obtained user identification information to the convenience providing device, a means of tentatively storing a user's song list file sent back from the convenience providing device in response to the transmission of the user's identification information and displaying the song list entered into the file, and a means of sending a remote control signal for reserving the playing of one song to the karaoke playing device when the song is specified in the display state of the song list and a reservation command is sent. |
