SOLUTION: An additional member 42 is provided in a corner 40 constituted of the inner wall surfaces 60 of long ceramic thin sheet units 12a, 12b and the side surfaces (cut-in surfaces) 62 of the short ceramic sheets 38. A curve C in the section of the surface of the additional member 42 is a free curve having one inflection point 64. The additional member 42 is provided with a part C2 extended along the inner wall surface 60 of the thin sheet part 12a (and 12b) and whose surface is extended substantially in parallel toward the corner 40, and a curved part C3 in a part coping with the corner 40.
