PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a ceramic laminate constituted of a plurality of laminated ceramic sheets having different length and, in addition, restrain an influence on the amount of displacement and the number of resonance frequency of the resonance member when the long ceramic sheets are used as the resonance member. SOLUTION: An additional member 42 is provided in a corner 40 constituted of the inner wall surfaces 60 of long ceramic thin sheet units 12a, 12b and the side surfaces (cut-in surfaces) 62 of the short ceramic sheets 38. A curve C in the section of the surface of the additional member 42 is a free curve having one inflection point 64. The additional member 42 is provided with a part C2 extended along the inner wall surface 60 of the thin sheet part 12a (and 12b) and whose surface is extended substantially in parallel toward the corner 40, and a curved part C3 in a part coping with the corner 40.
