PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily position a light receiving element with respect to a laser beam. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a support member 15 having a vertical shaft 15a and a pair of engaging pins 15b arranged at a predetermined interval in a holder 16 fixed to the tip of the vertical shaft 15a to engage the tip with the engaging hole 2a of a support plate 2, a longitudinal feeding device 19 and a cross feeding device 20 for moving an arm 18 for supporting the vertical shaft 15a via a bearing part 17 in a horizontal longitudinal direction X and a horizontal cross direction Y, an elevating device 21 for elevating the arm 18 in a vertical direction Z, and a rotating mechanism 22 for rotating the vertical shaft 15a around an axis O.
