CLOSED FLUID CIRCUIT SYSTEM FOR FLOWING BIOCHEMICAL FLUID ALONG CLOSED CHAMBER SECTIONS DIFFERENTIATED IN TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A closed fluid circuit system for flowing a biochemical fluid along closed chamber sections differentiated in the temperature is provided which, therefore, involves neither heating and cooling processes nor a temperature control circuit, thereby performing a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) within a significantly shortened period of time. CONSTITUTION: The closed fluid circuit system has a unit structure including a chamber for storing the target fluid therein at a predetermined temperature, passive and active valves placed at the inlet and the outlet portions of the chamber, and pneumatic air pressure ports positioned at the inlet and the outlet portions of the chamber to control the inflow and outflow of the fluid. Two or more of such unit structures are linked together. The target fluid circularly flows through the chambers under predetermined temperature conditions(T1,T2,T3).
