PURPOSE: Providing is an RDF molding apparatus for processing and recycling waste resources, wherein the heat is applied to a molding apparatus by electricity and waste heat generated from a dry process together. CONSTITUTION: The molding apparatus(6) comprises a double screw(21), a coil-wound heating plate(21) covering a screw casing for heating inside of the molding apparatus(6), a molding apparatus heating room(22) for storing heat for heating the molding apparatus(6), a heater(12) for heating the molding apparatus heating room(22) on the outside of the heating room(22) and a thermal decomposition gas inhaling duct(23) for supplying waste gas generated from the molding apparatus to a waste gas combustion and hot blast generating device(7).
