PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner which simplifies the piping shape of a suction pipe extended from an accumulator fitted to a compressor, and suppress the vibration from the compressor. CONSTITUTION: The shape of the suction pipe 33 extended from the accumulator 23 fitted to the compressor 22 is simplified in a substantially U-shape, and the suction pipe is disposed around the accumulator 23, and a middle part of a part which is returned from an upper end of the accumulator 23 and extended downwardly in the vertical direction is fixed to the accumulator 23 by a spacer 32 and a clamper 37 with cushioning property. As a result, the vibration from the compressor 22 which is sustained by the suction pipe 33 is distributed over the suction pipe 33 and absorbed thereby to suppress transmission of the vibration to the outdoor unit 1.
