PURPOSE: A watch equipped with a battery cartridge is provided to easily exchange an old battery with a new battery by storing an extra battery in a battery cartridge formed at front, rear and side portions of the watch. CONSTITUTION: A battery(4) is stored in a battery cartridge(6). The battery cartridge(6) has a circular hole for receiving the battery(4) therein. The battery cartridge(6) is attached to left and right portions of a watch driver. By storing an extra battery in the battery cartridge(6) formed at front, rear and side portions of the watch, a user instantly exchange an old battery with a new battery stored in the battery cartridge. Alternately, the battery cartridge(6) is attached to left and right portions of a rear part of the body and a transparent window(5) or a perforation hole is formed in order to allow a user to view the battery.
