PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain easy positional adjustment of a light source and a collimating lens. SOLUTION: The optical pickup device 31 includes a holding member 37 for holding the light source 32 generally to be prepared and the collimating lens 36, and the light source 32 is provided so that the positions in the parallel and perpendicular directions to an optical axis 39 and the inclined angle with respect to the optical axis 39 are adjustable to be the desired positions and the angle. When the light source 32 is arranged integrally on the holding member 37 together with the collimating lens 36, since the arranging position of the light source 32 with respect to the collimating lens 36 is adjusted and the integral members after the adjustment are mounted on the optical pickup device 31, the light source 32 and the collimating lens 36 are easily incorporated in the optical pickup device 31 without adjusting the arranging position of them, and also the assembling time is reduced, thereby improves the production efficiency. |
