SOLUTION: First to the n-th selling sites 2-1 to 2-n and first to the m-th user terminals 3-1 to 3-m are connected to the Internet 1 in an accessible state, and in addition, a proxy center 4 is connected. The proxy center 4 is composed of an information processor such as a personal computer, and a function for controlling the selling sites and user terminals with a selling site controlling part and a user terminal controlling part which operate on the basis of control by a control part through a server. The proxy center 4 is also configured to be able to perform data storage into a database, data fetching and data processing and judgement with a condition retrieval control part. |
