PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can attain management of an accurate work arrival/departure time by means of a phone by making artificial illegality difficult without the need for arrangement of many particular devices. SOLUTION: This invention provides the work arrival/departure time management that is characterized in that the system collates a caller number notice sent from a private phone or a phone at other particular place registered in advance in a computer with registered caller notices, the computer sends a voice instruction to the phone after confirming the registration, when a user enters personal identification information such as a user's ID number and password according to the voice instruction according to the voice instruction, the computer collates and confirms the personal identification information with registered personal identification information, the computer records the voice uttered by the user together with time information in relation with the personal identification information, and the recorded information can be stored and properly outputted as information by a department/section for managing the computer. |
