SOLUTION: The individual identification system is provided with a reception function of a caller telephone number from a communication network, a discrimination function that can discriminate which telephone number reaches an incoming call receiving state, a database function that correlates the telephone number with personal information, an information exchange function with a computer on a network, a mail transmission function that attaches a character string capable of the individual identification to mail, a function of transmitting a character string to a web service providing server, a function of identifying a person whose access is permitted on the basis of the individual identification information attached to an Internet web address, a charge calculation function that calculates the charge on the basis of the individual identification and a service utilization time, an article and service selection function with a simple method in the case of receiving mail to which the individual identification and article and service identification information character string is attached, and a phone automatic arrival and tone signal reception function. |
