PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP phone system for an IP phone service that can solve mismatching of communication management to be caused between call/ connection control and IP data communication control. SOLUTION: A router 120A conducting communication data input output path management in the IP phone system 100A of this invention has a communication notice section 126A that controls establishment or disconnection of communication between the router 120A and an IP phone 110A on the basis of a start or end request of the IP phone service from the IP phone 110A and informs a service controller 140A about the execution, and the service controller 140A has a service management section 146A that conducts call/connection control of the IP phone service on the basis of the notice.
