<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee training system which enables an employee trainee to actively receive training from an experienced employee with feeling and which enables training achievement answering the needs of a customer. SOLUTION: In the employee training system, a server receives a question during the employee training from a client device of the trainee employee, transmits the question to the client device of an experienced employee, receives an answer to the question from the client device of the experienced employee, and transmits the answer to the client device of the trainee employee. The server also receives the training achievement of the employee training from the client device of the trainee employee, transmits the training achievement to the client device of the customer, receives evaluation of the training achievement from the customer's client device, and transmits the evaluation to the client device of the trainee employee.</p> |
