PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for detecting alteration with high accuracy by clearly discriminating between fair change and unfair change to contents opened to the public. SOLUTION: This system for detecting alteration is provided with a confirmation creating means for creating confirmation information of an original of public contents opened to the public on a network, a confirming information holding means for holding the confirming information of the original at a designated point of time, an original change detecting means for detecting a change of the original, a means for reflecting the changed original in the confirming information of the confirming information holding means and the public contents, a public contents change detecting means for detecting a change of the public contents, a change informing means for informing the information related to the changed public contents to a designated terminal, and a control means for controlling the detection of public contents changed unfairly. |
