PERMANENT MAGNET GEAR ASSEMBLY AND CONVEYOR THEREOF

PURPOSE: A permanent magnet gear assembly and a conveyor are provided to reduce vibration, noise, dust and friction force without lubricant. CONSTITUTION: A driving gear(45) contains a driving shaft(47) to be rotated according to driving force of a driving motor and many permanent magnets(48) to be stuck in the outside of the driving shaft with a certain inclination against a shaft direction of the driving shaft. A slave gear contains a slave shaft(49) to be perpendicular to the driving shaft and permanent magnets to be stuck to the outside of the slave shaft with a certain inclination against a shaft direction of the slave shaft. The slave gear is installed to be separated from the driving gear and rotated with driving force of the driving gear. Thereby, the driving force is transferred without noise and vibration by the permanent magnets.
