PROJECTION TYPE VIDEO SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A projection type video system is provided to arrange an optical system to reflect and mix three monochrome light beams without a dichroic mirror and a modulator. CONSTITUTION: A projection type video system includes a light source(210) for emitting multiple light beams having different wavelengths, a plurality of light transmitters each of which is composed of an optical fiber through which the light beams pass, and a plurality of units(230) for converting the light beams into plane lights uniformly. The video system further includes a plurality of digital micro mirror devices(240) for receiving the plane lights to reflect the lights at a predetermined angle, and a plurality of projection lenses(250) arranged opposite to the digital micro mirror devices.
