PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the removing performance of an ozone filter and reduce the power consumption of an air sending fan, as for an electrophotographic image forming device. SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with an air discharging fan 19 for discharging the air including the ozone generated by an electrifier and the heat in the device, a duct 9 for guiding the air discharged by the air discharging fan outside the device, an ozone filter 17 arranged at the exit part of the duct 9 and a fixing unit 10 for fixing a toner image on a recording material S with heat and pressure, and by arranging the ozone filter 17 near by 5 fixing roller 11 in the fixing unit 10, the heat from the fixing roller 11 is transmitted to the ozone filter 17, then, the removing performance of the ozone filter is enhanced. |
