PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a human's memorizing way to a retrieval condition setting method of specifying a period as a retrieval condition on a karaoke remote controller with an electronic index book function. SOLUTION: The karaoke remote controller which the electronic index book function equipped with a music index database corresponding to a karaoke music database of a karaoke device, a user interface which presents various information based upon the music index database, etc., to users and accepts operation input by users, and a remote control signal output means which sends a remote control signal regarding playing reservation to the karaoke device in response to the operation input through the user interface specifies the period of a retrieval object according to the input of the current age or the period of the birthday of a user inputted and how old or in what grade of school the user was in the period of the retrieval object through the user interface in the case of specifying the period of the retrieval condition. |
